Are Fillers safe?

It’s completely safe, especially when handled with the right hands. Rest assured our fillers are always administered by highly qualified practitioners in a safe medical environment.

What happens during my consultation?

Your consultation will be with a highly trained medical professional who is experienced in administering injectables. To ensure we achieve the results you want; we will discuss with you your skin concerns, timings, and finances. Our consultations are no obligation, and we aim to help you understand the treatment, its effects and how it works to prevent and/or improve your problems of concern.

Are there any side effects?

Some people experience headaches, swelling and redness after being injected, however, they don’t usually last long and most fade within 48 hours.

How long do the results last?

Profhilo treatment lasts between around 6-12 months, but it varies from person to person.

Is there any aftercare?

Not to massage or rub the area where you had fillers injections for four hours after the procedure. This also includes facials

Do not do any strenuous activity/exercise until 24 hours after

Stay upright for four hours after your treatment, and do not lie on your front

Do not wear accessories such as headbands or tight hats that fit tightly across your forehead

Avoid alcohol or medication for blood thinning before the fillers treatment as these could contribute to bruising

What to do before your appointment?

Before visiting us for your appointment we request that you please avoid wearing, make-up and drinking alcohol 24 hours before.
